COFIDE: BUYBACK OF SHARES

Milan, February 12 2018 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. announces that between February 5 and 9 it bought back 155,035 own shares at an average price of € 0.5273, for a total amount of € 81,756.98.
