Rome, 14 February 2018 – A change has been made to Poste Italiane's calendar of corporate events for 2018 previously published on 20 December 2017. In particular, the Board of Directors will now examine and approve the 2017 Consolidated Financial Statements, and the draft Poste Italiane Group operating accounts for 2017, on 29 March 2018, rather than on 21 March 2018.
Additionally, the Annual General Meeting called upon to resolve on the approval of Poste Italiane's 2017 Financial Statements and the allocation of profits has been postponed from 27 April 2018 to 29 May 2018, and shall be convened in a single call.
Furthermore, upon publication of the preliminary consolidated data of the Group for the year ended 31 December 2017, scheduled for next 19 February 2018, a conference call to present the same preliminary consolidated data to financial analysts and institutional investors will be organized by the Company; whereas the conference call scheduled upon publication of the annual results for the year 2017 will no longer take place.
