Saipem: aggiudicato un nuovo contratto E&C Onshore in Oman del valore di circa 750 milioni di USD

San Donato Milanese (MI), 15 febbraio 2018 – Saipem si è aggiudicata un nuovo contratto nel settore E&C onshore del valore di circa 750 milioni di USD, per le attività di ingegneria, approvvigionamento, costruzione e commissioning previste dal pacchetto 3 "Offsite Facilities" nell'ambito del progetto di sviluppo della Raffineria Duqm, situata in prossimità della costa, nel nord-est dell'Oman.

Il contratto è stato assegnato da Duqm Refinery and Petrochemical Industries Company L.L.C, una Joint Venture tra Oman Oil Company (OOC), compagnia petrolifera nazionale, e Kuwait Petroleum International (KPI). La raffineria, una volta completata, avrà una capacità di raffinazione di circa 230.000 barili al giorno.

Saipem awarded a new Onshore E&C contract in Oman worth approximately 750 million USD

San Donato Milanese (Milan), February 15, 2018 – Saipem has been awarded a new contract in the onshore E&C sector worth approximately USD 750 million. Work involves engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning under Package 3 "Offsite Facilities" in the framework of the development of the Duqm Refinery situated near the coast in the north east of Oman.

The contract was awarded by Duqm Refinery and Petrochemical Industries Company L.L.C, a Joint Venture between the Oman Oil Company (OOC), the national oil company, and Kuwait Petroleum International (KPI). Once completed, the refinery will have a capacity of around 230,000 barrels per day.
