COFIDE: BUYBACK OF SHARES

Milan, February 19 2018 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. announces that between February 12and 16 it bought back 146,619 own shares at an average price of € 0.5145, for a total amount of € 75,439.91.
