COFIDE: BUYBACK OF SHARES

Milan, February 26 2018 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. announces that between February 19 and 23 it bought back 142,706 own shares at an average price of € 0.5246, for a total amount of € 74,858.83.
