CIR: ACQUISTO AZIONI PROPRIE

Milano, 12 marzo 2018 – CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A., nell'ambito della delega approvata dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti e in esecuzione di quanto reso in data 28 aprile 2017, comunica di aver acquistato dal 5 al 9 marzo n. 235.135 azioni proprie al prezzo medio di € 1,0931 per un controvalore complessivo di € 257.021,39.

Milan, March 12 2018 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, CIR – Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between March 5 and 9 it bought back 235,135 own shares at an average price of € 1.0931, for a total amount of € 257,021.39.
