San Giovanni in Marignano, 15 marzo 2018 Il Consiglio di Amministrazione di Aeffe Spa ‐ società del lusso, quotata al segmento STAR di Borsa Italiana, che opera sia nel settore del prêt‐à‐porter sia nel settore delle calzature e pelletteria con marchi di elevata notorietà, tra cui Alberta Ferretti, Philosophy di Lorenzo Serafini, Moschino, Pollini, Jeremy Scott e Cédric Charlier comunica che è stata pubblicata in data odierna un'integrazione della Relazione sulle materie all'ordine del giorno redatta ai sensi dell'art. 125 –ter, primo comma, del Decreto Legislativo 24 febbraio 1998, n. 58 e successive modificazioni, che è disponibile presso la sede sociale, sul sito internet della Società all'indirizzo www.aeffe.com nella sezione "Documenti Societari" nonché presso Borsa Italiana.
