Update on 2018 corporate events calendar

The approval of the 2017 draft financial statements and the 2017 consolidated financial statements has been postponed

Cagliari, March 16, 2018. The Board of Directors of Tiscali S.p.A. (the "Company"), which held a meeting today, resolved to postpone the approval of the financial statements for the year ended on December 31, 2017, making use of the longer term of 180 days pursuant to Art. No. 2364 (2) of the Italian Civil Code, as permitted by art. 7 of the Articles of Association. This is to complete the preparation of a new business plan for the years 2018 - 2021, which is an essential part of the approval process for the financial statements.

The guidelines of the Business Plan were approved during today's meeting. However, the final approval of the same will take place in conjunction with that of the 2017 draft budget, currently undergoing advanced drafting, as the Company is awaiting completion of the evaluation process of the request for extension of the rights to use frequencies by the relevant Authority (Agcom) and the Ministries.

In consideration of all the aforementioned, the Board of Directors resolved to meet by April 27, 2018 to examine the Issuer's draft financial statements and the consolidated financial statements as at December 31, 2017.

The Shareholders' Meeting of the Company, originally scheduled for April 27, 2018, will consequently be postponed and will be held prior to June 29, 2018.

The dates of the Board and the Shareholders' Meetings for the approval of the Company's financial and consolidated financial statements as at December 32, 2017, as well as any changes with respect to what has been indicated herein, will be promptly communicated to the regulatory authorities and to the public in the manner established by the laws and the applicable regulations.
