COFIDE: BUYBACK OF SHARES

Milan, March 19 2018 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. announces that between March 12 and 16 it bought back 107,128 own shares at an average price of € 0.5630, for a total amount of € 60,310.73.
