COFIDE: BUYBACK OF SHARES

Milan, March 26 2018 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. announces that between March 19 and 23 it bought back 82,183 own shares at an average price of € 0.5143, for a total amount of € 42,269.66.
