Milan, 28 March 2018. Fiera Milano S.p.A. communicates that the following documents have been made available at the registered office and at the operational and administrative headquarters:

• a. The Annual Report at 31 December 2017, together with the independent auditor's report and the report of the Board of Statutory Auditors;
• b. The Consolidated Disclosure of Non-Financial Information under Legislative Decree no. 254/2016, together with the independent auditor's report; and
• c. The Report on Remuneration in accordance with Article 123-ter of Legislative Decree no. 58/1998, which replaces the version published on 13 March 2018 and includes corrections to typographical mistakes and/or errors to Table 1 of Attachment 1 and to Table 3b of Attachment 2.

The aforementioned documents are also available on the Company website www.fieramilano.it. in the section Investor Relations/Corporate Governance/Shareholders' Meetings, and on the authorised storage system .

The English version of the documents referred to in paragraphs a) and b) will be available in the near future.
