Si rende noto che la Relazione Finanziaria Annuale al 31 dicembre 2017, unitamente alle relazioni della Società di Revisione e del Collegio Sindacale, sono disponibili presso la sede legale e la sede operativa e amministrativa di Fiera Milano S.p.A., in Rho (Milano), S.S. del Sempione 28, e sono, altresì, consultabili sul sito internet della Società www.fieramilano.it nella sezione Investor Relations/Corporate Governance/Assemblea degli Azionisti, nonché sul meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato .

Con le stesse modalità sono, altresì, rese disponibili:

• la Dichiarazione consolidata di carattere non finanziario ex D.Lgs. n. 254/2016; e

• la Relazione sulla Remunerazione ex art. 123-ter del D.Lgs. n. 58/98, che sostituisce quella pubblicata in data 13 marzo 2018.

The above-mentioned reports are also available on the Company website www.fieramilano.it under Investor Relations/Corporate Governance/Shareholders' Meetings section and on the authorised storage system .

The Consolidated Disclosure of Non-Financial Information under Legislative Decree no. 254/2016 and the Report on Remuneration in accordance with Article 123-ter of Legislative Decree no. 58/1998, which replaces the version published on 13 March 2018, were also deposited.
