Rome, 30 March 2018 – Avio S.p.A. ("Avio" or the "Company") announces that, today, it has made available the Annual Financial Report as at 31 December 2017 including the attachments required by applicable law accompanied by the attestation signed by the Manager in charge of preparing the company's financial Report, the Consolidated Financial Statements, the Consolidated Non-Financial Statement, the Annual Report on Corporate Governance and Company Ownership, and the Report on Remuneration Policies.

The documentation is available at the Company's head office in Rome, on the Company's website (www.avio.com) at the Section "2018 Shareholders' Meeting" and on the website of the authorized storage "eMarket STORAGE" ().
