CIR: ACQUISTO AZIONI PROPRIE

Milano, 30 marzo 2018 – CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A., nell'ambito della delega approvata dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti e in esecuzione di quanto reso in data 28 aprile 2017, comunica di aver acquistato dal 26 al 29 marzo n. 147.424 azioni proprie al prezzo medio di € 1,0876 per un controvalore complessivo di € 160.338,77.

Milan, March 30 2018 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, CIR – Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between March 26 and 29 it bought back 147,424 own shares at an average price of € 1.0876, for a total amount of € 160,338.77.
