COFIDE: BUYBACK OF SHARES

Milan, March 30 2018 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. announces that between March 26 and 29 it bought back 60,000 own shares at an average price of € 0.4951, for a total amount of € 29,707.50.
