EXERCISE OF "MARKET WARRANT AQUAFIL S.P.A." WARRANTS

THEORITICAL EXERCISE RATIO FOR APRIL 2018 IS 0.205

Arco (TN), April 3, 2018 – Aquafil S.p.A. (Aquafil or the Company) [ECNL IM] announces that, pursuant to Article 3.6 of the Rules for the "Market Warrant Aquafil S.p.A." Warrants (the Rules), the arithmetic average of the weighted average price of all ordinary Aquafil shares (ISIN IT0005241192) traded on the MTA market in March 2018 (as announced by the calculation agent BNP PARIBAS Securities Services) is € 11,9166.

Accordingly, the exercise ratio for the conversion of the Market Warrant Aquafil S.p.A. warrants (the Warrants) for April 2018 is 0,20450891119.

Given that the Company has called the Shareholders General Meeting for April 27, 2018 to discuss and resolve upon the distribution of net results, the exercise of the Market Warrants is suspended from the day 24 March 2018 (included) until 27 April 2018 (included) and, in any event, until the day (included) prior to the ex-dividend date of the dividends possibly approved by the Shareholders' Meeting, in accordance with the Rules for the "Aquafil S.p.A. Market Warrant".
