COMUNICAZIONE DELL'AMMONTARE COMPLESSIVO DEI DIRITTI DI VOTO

9 aprile 2018. Exprivia – società quotata al segmento STAR di Borsa Italiana [XPR.MI] – comunica, ai sensi dell'art. 85‐bis, comma 4‐bis, del Regolamento Emittenti Consob n. 11971 del 14 maggio 1999, che in data 1 marzo 2018, ricorrendone i presupposti e le condizioni previste dalla normativa vigente e dallo Statuto sociale, è stata conseguita la maggiorazione del diritto di voto con riferimento a numero 24.125.117 azioni ordinarie della Società detenute dal socio Abaco Innovazione S.p.A.

Di seguito viene comunicato l'ammontare complessivo dei diritti di voto, con indicazione del numero di azioni che compongono il capitale sociale.

Il capitale sociale è pari a Euro 26.979.658,16 (ventisei milioni novecentosettantanovemila seicentocinquantotto virgola sedici) suddiviso in numero 51.883.958 (cinquantun milioni ottocentoottantatremila novecentocinquantotto) azioni da Euro 0,52 (zero virgola cinquantadue) ciascuna. Tutte le azioni hanno godimento regolare (cedola in corso: n. 11).

(*) Sono escluse dal numero dei diritti di voto le azioni proprie detenute dall'emittente (nr. 3.509.153), il cui diritto di voto è sospeso ai sensi dell'art. 2357-ter, comma 2, del codice civile.

NOTIFICATION TOTAL AMOUNT OF VOTING RIGHTS

April 9th, 2018. Exprivia - a company listed on the STAR segment of Borsa Italiana [XPR.MI] – informs that on March 1st 2018, pursuant to article 85-bis, section 4-bis, of Consob Regulation 11971 of 14 May 1999, and in accordance with all the conditions and assumptions provided by the applicable law and by the Statuto sociale, has been achieved the double voting rights for 24.125.117 Exprivia's ordinary shares held by Abaco Innovazione S.p.A.

The following chart shows the current ordinary shares with voting rights total amount, with an indication of the number of shares constituting the corporate capital.

The corporate capital amounted to Euro 26.979.658,16 (twenty-six million nine hundred seventy-nine thousand six hundred fifty-eight comma sixteen) divided into 51.883.958 (fifty-one million eight hundred eighty-three thousand nine hundred and fifty-eight) shares of Euro 0.52 (zero point fifty two) each.

All the shares have normal dividend entitlement (current coupon: n. 11).

(*) Treasury Shares held by the Issuer (n. 3.509.153) have been excluded from the calculation of the voting rights, since the voting right is suspended pursuant to the article 2357-ter, second paragraph, of the Codice Civile.
