COFIDE: BUYBACK OF SHARES

Milan, April 9 2018 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. announces that between April 3 and 6 it bought back 53,698 own shares at an average price of € 0.4802, for a total amount of € 25,785.92.
