10 aprile 2018. Exprivia – società quotata al segmento STAR di Borsa Italiana [XPR.MI] – a specificazione di quanto precedentemente comunicato in data 9 aprile u.s., con la seguente tabella, che sostituisce la precedente, precisa l'elenco degli azionisti di Exprivia S.p.A. con una partecipazione superiore al 3% che hanno richiesto l'iscrizione nell'elenco speciale per il conseguimento della maggiorazione del diritto di voto, riportando il totale dei diritti di voto computati sulla totalità delle azioni costituenti il capitale sociale.

SPECIFICATION OF NOTICE DRAWN UP PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 143-QUATER, PARAGRAPH 5, OF CONSOB REGULATION NO. 11971/99

April 10th, 2018. Exprivia – a company listed on the STAR segment of Borsa Italiana [XPR.MI] – in specification of what previously communicated on April 9th 2018, specifies, with the following table that replaces the previous one, the list of Exprivia S.p.A. shareholders with an exceeding 3% participation in the share capital that have requested the registration in the special double voting rights list. The following table reports the total of the voting rights calculated on the totality of the shares constituting the share capital.
