CIR: ACQUISTO AZIONI PROPRIE

Milano, 16 aprile 2018 – CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A., nell'ambito della delega approvata dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti e in esecuzione di quanto reso in data 28 aprile 2017, comunica di aver acquistato dal 9 al 13 aprile n. 163.028 azioni proprie al prezzo medio di € 1,0676 per un controvalore complessivo di € 174.040,88.

Milan, April 16 2018 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, CIR – Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between April 9 and 13 it bought back 163,028 own shares at an average price of € 1.0676, for a total amount of € 174,040.88.
