CIR: DIMISSIONI CONSIGLIERE DI AMMINISTRAZIONE

Milano, 17 aprile 2018 – CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. rende noto che Maria Patrizia Grieco ha rassegnato per motivi personali le proprie dimissioni dalla carica di Consigliere di Amministrazione della Società con efficacia dal 28 aprile 2018.

Si ricorda che Maria Patrizia Grieco è Consigliere indipendente nonché membro del Comitato Nomine e Remunerazione.

CIR ringrazia Maria Patrizia Grieco per il lavoro svolto nell'interesse della Società.

Milan, April 17 2018 - CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that Maria Patrizia Grieco has resigned her position as Member of the Board of Directors of the Company with effect as from April 28 2018.

It should be noted that Maria Patrizia Grieco is an independent Director and a member of the Appointments and Compensation Committee.

CIR would like to thank Maria Patrizia Grieco for the work she has done for the Company.
