Maurizio Rota candidato Presidente del Consiglio di Amministrazione

Vimercate (MB) 19 aprile 2018 – Esprinet S.p.A. ("Esprinet" o la "Società") (Borsa Italiana: PRT) rende noto che, con riferimento all'assemblea ordinaria degli azionisti convocata in unica convocazione per il giorno 4 maggio 2018, di essere stata informata che il sig. Maurizio Rota è candidato alla carica di Presidente del Consiglio di Amministrazione.

Maurizio Rota, nato a Milano il 22 dicembre 1957, è tra i fondatori della Società e, sin dal 2000, ricopre la carica di Vice Presidente.

MAURIZIO ROTA AS NOMENEE CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Vimercate (MB) April the 19th, 2018 – Esprinet S.p.A. ("Esprinet" or the "Company") (Borsa Italiana: PRT) informs that, with reference to the ordinary shareholders' meeting called up on May the 4th , 2018, in single call, the Company has been informed that Mr. Maurizio Rota is the nominee chairman of the board of directors .

Maurizio Rota: Born in Milan on 22 December 1957. A founder of the Company and Deputy Chairman since its incorporation in 2000.
