COFIDE: BUYBACK OF SHARES

Milan, April 23 2018 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. announces that between April 16 and 20 it bought back 77,000 own shares at an average price of € 0.4969, for a total amount of € 38,260.90.
