DIVIDEND PAYMENT AND MINUTES OF THE SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING OF APRIL 24 2018

Rome, April 26 2018 – You are hereby notified that the Shareholders' Meeting of Avio S.p.A., held on April 24 2018, approved the distribution of a dividend equal to 0.38 Euro per ordinary share in circulation.

The dividend will be paid starting from May 16 2018 – ex coupon date on May 14 2018 and record date May 15 2018.

The minutes of the Shareholders' Meeting of April 24 2018 will be made available to the public according to the applicable law.
