Approval of the financial statements of DHH S.p.A. as of 31st December 2017

Milan, 30 April 2018. The Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of DHH S.p.A. (DHH.MI | WDHH21.MI) (ISIN shares IT0005203622 | ISIN warrants IT0005203689), a tech company whose mission is to create the "Internet Platform of the Emerging markets of Europe," convened today at Eunomia – Studio di Avvocati, located in Milan, Via Fieno n. 1, as indicated in the notice of call of the Meeting which was published on Corriere della Sera and on website of DHH.

The Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of DHH has:

• approved the DHH's financial statements as of 31st December 2017, as proposed by the Board of Directors on 28th March 2018;
• resolved to allocate the DHH's profit of Euro 1,738.00 to legal reserve; and
• resolved upon a compensation due to each member of the Board of Directors for 2018.

The Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of DHH has also acknowledged the presentation of the consolidated financial statements as of 31st December 2017, which has been approved by the Board of Directors of DHH on 28th March 2018.

Availability of related documentation

The minutes of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting will be made available to the public on the website of DHH (www.dhh.international) to the extent and when established by current laws and regulations.
