CIR: ACQUISTO AZIONI PROPRIE

Milano, 30 aprile 2018 – CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A., nell'ambito della delega approvata dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti e in esecuzione di quanto reso in data 28 aprile 2017, comunica di aver acquistato dal 23 al 27 aprile n. 174.000 azioni proprie al prezzo medio di € 1,1000 per un controvalore complessivo di € 191.399,00.

Milan, April 30 2018 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, CIR – Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between April 23 and 27 it bought back 174,000 own shares at an average price of € 1.1000, for a total amount of € 191,399.00.
