Firenze, May 16th 2018 – Notice hereby is given that the minutes of the Shareholders' Meeting occurred on April, 27th, 2018 is now available to the public at the company's registered office, at Borsa Italiana s.p.a., on the company web site www.elengroup.com (section: "Investor Relations / Governance / Shareholders' meeting documents / Shareholders' meeting April 27th, 2018 – May 15th, 2018") and on authorized storage website .

Today notice of such availability has been published on newspaper "ITALIA OGGI".

On the same announcement we hereby give notice to the availability and publication of the quarterly financial report as of March 31st, 2018 approved by the Board of Directors.
