16 maggio 2018. Exprivia - società quotata al segmento STAR di Borsa Italiana [XPR.MI] – comunica che si è aggiudicata in via definitiva la gara bandita con procedura aperta della Regione Puglia per la fornitura di prodotti e servizi per la realizzazione del Sistema Informativo Regionale per la Diagnostica per Immagini (SIRDImm).
La commessa assegnata per un importo complessivo di 15,8 milioni di Euro avrà durata di 72 mesi e prevede la fornitura di sistemi hardware, software e servizi per la realizzazione di un Sistema RIS-PACS Unico per gestire in modo integrato nella Regione Puglia il work-flow e l'archiviazione dei dati (immagini e referti) prodotti dai servizi di diagnostica per immagini (Radiologia, Medicina Nucleare, Radiologia Interventistica, Cardiologia ed Emodinamica) presenti negli enti del sistema sanitario pugliese.
La soluzione è progettata con una architettura a due livelli funzionali che garantisce elevati standard di efficienza e affidabilità attraverso la cooperazione tra il nodo centrale principale e l'infrastruttura periferica di supporto.
L'approccio adottato dalla Regione Puglia rappresenta il primo esempio in Italia di un sistema di gestione delle immagini diagnostiche completamente centralizzato a livello regionale, basato sull'impiego di due data center principali ed un terzo centro di disaster recovey, che insieme configurano un cloud privato regionale di primaria importanza nel panorama nazionale. Il progetto SIRDImm rappresenta un ulteriore passo verso la digitalizzazione dei percorsi clinico-sanitari in una logica di sistema informativo regionale integrato e costituisce uno dei pilastri principali della strategia della Regione Puglia per l'attuazione dell'Agenda Digitale.
Con questa commessa Exprivia si conferma interlocutore privilegiato delle amministrazioni sanitarie regionali che intendono perseguire obiettivi di efficienza attraverso progetti di digitalizzazione dei processi sanitari, clinici e diagnostici in ambiti territoriali estesi per mezzo di sistemi PACS Enterprise multispecialistici.

May 16, 2018. Exprivia - a company listed on the STAR segment of Borsa Italiana [XPR.MI] – announces that it has been declared the successful tenderer, by final award, of the open tender procedure for the supply of products and services for the creation of the Regional Information System for Diagnostic Imaging (SIRDImm) of the Puglia Region.
The contract awarded for a total amount of Euro 15.8 million will be a 72-month contract and will provide for the supply of hardware, software and services for the creation of a Single RIS-PACS System to manage in an integrated way, within the Puglia Region, all the workflow and data storage (images and reports) produced by diagnostic imaging services (Radiology, Nuclear Medicine, Interventional Radiology, Cardiology and Hemodynamics), present in the Apulia healthcare system.
The solution is designed with a two-layered functional architecture, which guarantees high standards of efficiency and reliability through cooperation between the main central node and the supporting peripheral infrastructure.
The Puglia Region's course of action represents the first example in Italy of a completely centralized diagnostic image management system at regional level, based on the use of two main data centers and a third disaster recovery center, which together generate a regional private cloud of primary importance in the national scene. The SIRDImm project represents a further step towards the digitization of clinical-healthcare pathways in terms of an integrated regional information system and is one of the main pillars of the Puglia Region's strategy for the implementation of the Digital Agenda.
With this contract, Exprivia confirms itself as a privileged interlocutor with regional public healthcare administrations that intend to pursue efficiency objectives through projects of digitalization of healthcare, clinical and diagnostic processes in extended territorial areas through multi-specialized PACS Enterprise systems.
