APPOINTMENT OF GENERAL MANAGER

Cagliari, 25 May 2018

Today the Company has conferred on Mr. Alex Kossuta the position of General Manager. The Company's Board of Directors, due to end its mandate on June 26 at the Shareholders' Meeting called to approve, inter alia, the 2017 financial results, considers that the introduction of the General Manager facilitates the Company in the timely execution of the Business Plan 2018-2021 approved on 10 May 2018, as well as in pursuing the objectives and work programs already defined.

With the entry of the new General Manager, the mandates within the Board have been adjusted.

The proposed agreement between the company and Mr. Kossuta had been approved by the Appointments and Remuneration Committee and by the Board of Directors on May 22nd.

Dott. Kossuta has taken, also today, the same position as General Manager also in Tiscali Italia S.p.A..

Furthermore, Mr Kossuta does not own any Tiscali shares and his resumé is available on the company's website (www.tiscali.com)
