COFIDE: BUYBACK OF SHARES

Milan, May 28 2018 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2018, COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. announces that between May 21 and 25 it bought back 83,000 own shares at an average price of € 0.4870, for a total amount of € 40,422.85.
