Il Gruppo Mondo TV comunica la chiusura di un'intesa con Play Press per alcuni diritti publishing di Invention Story

Si avvia lo sviluppo del merchandising di Invention Story in Italia nel publishing che costituisce un settore potenzialmente chiave per dare ancora maggiore spinta al brand

4 giugno 2018 – Mondo TV annuncia che la Edizioni Play Press S.r.l. ha acquistato una licenza per lo sfruttamento di alcuni diritti di publishing della serie di animazione basata sulla property Invention Story, serie di punta del futuro catalogo Mondo TV.

Play Press in particolare si occuperà della pubblicazione di prodotti come albi, per la loro diffusione sui canali edicola e della Grande Distribuzione Organizzata nel periodo compreso tra gennaio 2019 e tutto dicembre 2021. Il contratto prevede il pagamento da parte della licenziataria di un minimo garantito, in sé non rilevante ma comunque interessante per la tipologia di prodotto nel territorio licenziato, nonché la maturazione e il pagamento di royalties a favore di Mondo TV in una percentuale del fatturato netto di vendita.

Mondo TV Group announced to have reached an understanding with Play Press for the licensing of certain publishing rights on Invention Story

The development of the licensing starts on Invention Story in Italy through the publishing, which constitutes a potential key factor to give an even stronger boost to the brand

4 June 2018: Mondo TV informs that Edizioni Play Press S.r.l. acquired a license for the exploitation of certain publishing rights of the animated series based on the property Invention Story, one of the top programs among the new titles on production by Mondo TV.

Play Press will take care of the publishing of such products as certain album and activity products, for their distribution through kiosks and mass retail channel from January 2019 to December 2021. The contract provides for the payment of a minimum guarantee, not significant in itself but interesting for the kind of products and licensed territory, and furthermore the accrual and payment of royalties in favor of Mondo TV in a percentage of net sales turnover.
