COFIDE: BUYBACK OF SHARES

Milan, June 4 2018 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2018, COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. announces that between May 28 and June 1st it bought back 119,696 own shares at an average price of € 0.4890, for a total amount of € 58,530.52.
