With regard to the Shareholders' Meeting convened for a single call for next June 26, Tiscali informs that it is available to the public at the Company's registered office and at the www.tiscali.com website, governance section, and at Borsa Italiana S.p.A. the assembly documentation relating to all the items on the agenda, including:

i) the lists of candidates for the position of director, accompanied by the information and by the documentation required by current laws and regulations;

ii) the lists of candidates for the position of auditor, accompanied by the information and by the documentation required by current laws and regulations.

It should also be noted that an updated version, drafted pursuant to art. 125-ter of the D.LGS. 58/1998, of the points 3-4-5 of the report agenda has been published.
