NOTICE OF DEPOSIT OF THE MINUTES OF THE SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING

Trieste, 6 June 2018 – FINCANTIERI S.p.A. informs that the minutes of the ordinary and extraordinary Shareholders' meeting, held on May 11, 2018 on a single call, are available to the public at the Company's registered office, on the Company's website (www.fincantieri.com) in the section "Governance – Shareholders' meeting – Shareholders' meeting 2018" and on eMarket STORAGE (), the website dedicated to the centralized storage of regulated information.
