COFIDE: BUYBACK OF SHARES

Milan, June 11 2018 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2018, COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. announces that between June 4 and 8 it bought back 126,230 own shares at an average price of € 0.4898, for a total amount of € 61,831.18.
