2018 Schedule of corporate events

Brugine (PD), 18 June 2018 – The Board of Directors of Carel Industries S.p.A. ("Carel" or the "Company"), which met today, approved the schedule of corporate events for the 2018 financial year as outlined below.

Event Date	Corporate events
7 September 2018	Board of Directors to approve the half-year report as
	at 30 June 2018.
12 November 2018	Board of Directors to approve the interim financial
	information as at 30 September 2018.

When the results are disclosed there will be dedicated conference calls with the financial community.

The 2018 schedule of corporate events is available on the website www.carel.it, under the Investor & Governance/Investor Relations section. The market will be notified in good time of any changes to the dates given above.
