COFIDE: BUYBACK OF SHARES

Milan, June 18 2018 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2018, COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. announces that between June 11 and 15 it bought back 177,569 own shares at an average price of € 0.4825, for a total amount of € 85,679.33.
