Aggiornamento sullo stato di attuazione del piano di acquisto azioni proprie

Vimercate (Monza e Brianza), 2 luglio 2018 – In attuazione della delibera dell'Assemblea degli Azionisti del 4 maggio 2018 ed in esecuzione del programma di acquisto di azioni proprie annunciato da Esprinet S.p.A. lo scorso 14 maggio, Esprinet comunica di avere complessivamente acquistato, tramite Banca IMI S.p.A., dal 25 giugno 2018 al 29 giugno 2018, n. 119.000 azioni ordinarie Esprinet S.p.A., corrispondenti allo 0,23% del capitale sociale, ad un prezzo medio unitario pari a 3,55 euro per azione.

Update on the execution of the own share purchase plan

Vimercate (MB), July 2nd, 2018 – Following the Shareholders Meeting's resolution as of May 4th 2018, executing the Share Purchase Plan announced on May 14th, Esprinet communicates the purchase of a total of 119,000 ordinary shares of Esprinet S.p.A. (i.e. 0.23% of total share capital), through Banca IMI S.p.A., between June 25th 2018 and June 29th 2018, for an average purchase price of euro 3.55 per share.
