COFIDE: BUYBACK OF SHARES

Milan, July 2 2018 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2018, COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. announces that between June 25 and 29 it bought back 176,572 own shares at an average price of € 0.4335, for a total amount of € 76,547.69.
