INTEGRATION OF PRESS RELEASE DATED 6TH JULY 2018 REFERRED TO KME

Milan, 11th July 2018 – With reference to the press release issued on Friday 6th July 2018 at h 10,10 P.M. relating to the executed signing by KME AG ("KME") of a binding agreement for the acquisition of 100% indirect interest in MKM Mansfelder Kupfer und Messing GmbH ("MKM") and on request by competent authorities, we inform hereby that MKM financial statements as of 31st December 2017 show an EBITDA of Euro 19 million and a financial indebtedness of Euro 24 million as well as credit lines for working capital amounting to Euro 150 million.
