COFIDE: BUYBACK OF SHARES

Milan, July 16 2018 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2018, COFIDE - Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. announces that between July 9 and 13 it bought back 105,802 own shares at an average price of € 0.4441, for a total amount of € 46,995.07.
