AMENDMENT TO THE 2018 FINANCIAL CALENDAR

(Article 2.6.2, paragraph 1, letter b) of the Regulations of the markets organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A.)

Rome, 23 July 2018 – Avio S.p.A. hereby informs that, in relation to the financial calendar published on 15 January 2018, as an amendment of what previously announced, the Board of Directors Meeting for the approval of the Half-Year Financial Report at 30 June 2018, initially to be held on 11 September 2018, will be held on 13 September 2018.
