COFIDE: BUYBACK OF SHARES

Milan, August 13 2018 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2018, COFIDE - Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. announces that between August 6 and 10 it bought back 43,982 own shares at an average price of € 0.4525, for a total amount of € 19,903.66.
