COFIDE: BUYBACK OF SHARES

Milan, August 27 2018 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2018, COFIDE - Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. announces that between August 20 and 24 it bought back 96,564 own shares at an average price of € 0.4613, for a total amount of € 44,541.96.
