San Donato Milanese (Milano), 13 settembre 2018 – Saipem S.p.A. informa che il Dr. Giulio Bozzini Chief Financial and Strategy Officer della Società ha deciso di intraprendere una nuova esperienza professionale e pertanto lascerà la società con decorrenza dal 15 ottobre p.v..
Saipem S.p.A. ringrazia il Dr. Bozzini per il lavoro svolto e per aver dato un contributo fattivo con la sua esperienza e le sue competenze.
Il nome del suo successore verrà annunciato a completamento del processo di selezione già avviato dalla Società.
Il processo di avvicendamento è volto a garantire una transizione fluida ed efficace ed un adeguato passaggio di consegne.
Saipem S.p.A. ricorda che il ruolo di Dirigente Preposto alla redazione dei documenti contabili societari ai sensi dell'art. 154-bis del D. Lgs n. 58/1998 è rivestito dal 7 giugno 2016 dal Dr. Mariano Avanzi, Responsabile Planning, Administration and Control.
In conformità a quanto richiesto dalle Istruzioni al Regolamento dei Mercati di Borsa Italiana, si informa che il Dr. Giulio Bozzini non detiene azioni della Società.

San Donato Milanese (Milan), September 13, 2018 – Saipem S.p.A. informs that Mr Giulio Bozzini, Chief Financial and Strategy Officer, has decided to pursue other professional experiences and will leave the company, effective from October 15, 2018.
Saipem S.p.A. thanks Mr Bozzini for the work done and for the positive contribution given thanks to his experience and competences.
The name of his successor will be announced on completion of the selection process already commenced by the company.
Such process aims to ensure a fluid and efficient transition as well as an adequate transfer of responsibilities.
Saipem S.p.A. reiterates that, since June 7, 2016, the role of Manager Responsible for the Preparation of the Company's Financial Reports pursuant to article 154-bis of Legislative Decree No. 58/1998 has been held by Mr Mariano Avanzi, Manager of Planning, Administration and Control.
In compliance with the Instructions for the Rules of the Market of Borsa Italiana (the Italian stock exchange), it is hereby announced that Giulio Bozzini holds no shares in the company.
