COFIDE: BUYBACK OF SHARES

Milan, September 17 2018 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2018, COFIDE - Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. announces that between September 10 and 14 it bought back 45,542 own shares at an average price of € 0.4625, for a total amount of € 21,064.19.
