MONDO TV: Comunicazione di avvenuta emissione di nuove azioni a seguito della conversione di ventotto bond da parte di Atlas Special Opportunities
Si rammenta che le conversioni sono state tutte completate
19 settembre 2018 – Facendo seguito ai comunicati del 12, 13, 14 e del 17 settembre 2018, Mondo TV S.p.A. comunica che sono state emesse n. 1.999.019 azioni ordinarie del valore nominale di euro 0,50 ciascuna, aventi godimento, diritti e caratteristiche pari a quelle in circolazione alla data di emissione. In particolare, tali nuove azioni sono state emesse a seguito della ricezione di richieste di conversione da parte di Atlas Special Opportunities alle date suddette per la totalità dei ventotto bond emessi in data 12 settembre 2018 nell'ambito dell'ultima tranche del contratto con Atlas Special Opportunities approvato in data 18 aprile 2018 (cfr. comunicato stampa in pari data).
L'attestazione dell'avvenuta (parziale) esecuzione dell'aumento di capitale sociale a servizio della conversione dei predetti bond sarà depositata presso il Registro delle Imprese di Roma nei termini e modalità di legge.
In conseguenza di quanto sopra, il capitale sociale risulterà essere pari a Euro 18.207.106 suddiviso in 36.414.212 azioni ordinarie.
Si rammenta che le conversioni sono state tutte completate.

19 September 2018 – Following to the press release dated last 12, 13, 14 and 17 September 2018, Mondo TV S.p.A. informs that 1,999,019 ordinary shares for Euros 0.50 nominal value have been issued. The new shares have the same characteristics and rights of those already circulating at the date of issuance. More in detail, the new shares have been issued upon receipt by Mondo TV of conversion notices from Atlas Special Opportunities the above dates for globally twenty eight of the bonds issued on 12 September 2018 within the last tranche of the agreement with Atlas Special Opportunities approved on last 18 April 2018 (see the press release issued on the same date).
The filing with the Company' Register in Rome of the relevant (partial) capital increase declaration will be performed in accordance with the modalities and within the terms set forth by the law.
The company's capital will result to be Euros 18,207,106 made of 36,414,212 ordinary shares.
It is highlighted that all conversions have been completed.
