Rome, September 21 st , 2018 – Enel S.p.A. ("Enel") informs that, pursuant to art. 70, paragraph 7, of the "Issuers Regulation" adopted by Consob with resolution no. 11971/1999, the minutes containing the resolution passed by Enel's Board of Directors on September 20th, 2018 on the approval of the merger by incorporation of the fully owned companies Enel Holding Cile S.r.l. and Hydromac Energy S.r.l. into Enel are available to the public as of today at the Company's registered office, on Enel's website (www.enel.com) and in the authorised storage mechanism "eMarketStorage" ().
