COFIDE: BUYBACK OF SHARES

Milan, October 1 2018 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2018, COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. announces that between September 24 and 28 it bought back 77,036 own shares at an average price of € 0.4731, for a total amount of € 36,448.62.
