San Donato Milanese (MI), 4 ottobre 2018 – Saipem rende noto che in data odierna e con effetto immediato, il Consigliere non esecutivo e non indipendente nonché membro del Comitato per il Controllo e Rischi Leone Pattofatto, ha rassegnato le dimissioni.
Alla data odierna Leone Pattofatto non detiene alcuna partecipazione nel capitale sociale della Società.
La Società ringrazia Leone Pattofatto per l'attività svolta in seno al Consiglio di Amministrazione.

San Donato Milanese (Milan), October 4, 2018 – Saipem informs that, today and with immediate effect, Mr Leone Pattofatto, a non-executive and non-independent member of the Board and a member of Saipem's Audit and Risk Committee, resigned.
As of today, Mr Pattofatto has no shareholdings in the Company.
Saipem thanks Mr Pattofatto for the work carried out within the Board of Directors.
